Undercover Imports Returns Process
At
Undercover Imports we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience and
that you are fully satisfied with the service and products that you receive. If
for any reason you do wish to return an item to us we are more than happy to
help in any way that we can, please fill out our online returns process form here: undercoverimports.com/index.php?route=account/return/add or contact us and we can inform you of the
returns process.
We allow 30
days for a return. If a purchase arrives damaged or defective, please
let us know within 7 days of arrival. We may ask for a photo of the damage or
ask for the item to be returned to us at no cost to you. We will then either
refund you in full or replace the item (if it is still available) as you
prefer.
If the purchase is not what you expected, or you would like to exchange
it for something else, you can return it to us for a refund less the postage
costs. We are unable to accept unwanted returns of items that appear to be used
and / or missing their original packaging.
