Undercover Imports wish to provide only the best customer services experience and the following terms and conditions are put in place to ensure that you as the customer and us as the company are protected.

However, undercoverimports.com and its employees will not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies occurring within this content. We are not responsible for the correct fitment of products that that is down to the customer to check and with the majority of products, especially the shift knobs, they are not to be used for hard use for example motorsport racing etc they are for show use only.

Product dimensions are approximate and for information only, colours shown are as accurate as Internet technology allows but there is likely to be / may be some variance as colours cannot be reproduced exactly on your monitor. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Undercover Imports accepts payments made by PayPal which support all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. Undercover Imports is not currently registered for VAT and as such prices you will see on the website will not have any VAT attached and/or additional charges, Undercover Imports may become a VAT registered in the future so we do not take any liability for these changes once or if these occur, Undercover Imports will advise customers of any necessary changes via the website and/or via marketing materials through email/newsletters and/or social media.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, and orders made within the United Kingdom are sent within the same working business day (before 12pm on Saturday’s). All orders are sent second class unless a premium or other courier service is selected. This includes all UK postcodes. Channel Islands & Isle of Man may be delayed by Customs.

International orders are usually delivered within 7 - 14 days and are sent by air mail, insurance and tracking are available at the customer's discretion. Undercoverimports.com does not accept any responsibility for items sent uninsured once despatched.

If you choose to insure your item's delivery, you will be asked to sign for the delivery of the item(s). This will be proof of delivery. If an unauthorised person signs for the item(s) at the address you have given us, this is your responsibility.

If there is a delay, then we will notify you. You can then cancel within 7 days and obtain a full refund by emailing or writing to us. Provision of a refund will discharge us from any and all liability for failure to deliver items ordered or to deliver them within the stated period.
